The easiest are the following three methods:
1. Plastic jars can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water. Because soap can quickly kill surface bacteria, but it cannot guarantee complete disinfection. It is more effective to combine different methods.
2. Clean with alcohol, alcohol can kill bacteria on the plastic surface.
3. Put the plastic jar in 5-10% bleach water for about 15 minutes.
It is also possible to expose the plastic to a UV light. UV disinfection is safe and does not require heat.
